TERMS OF USE

  • Advance reservation is required
  • Confirmation will be made upon completion of all booking procedures subject to room availability and after making the payment
  • Receipt and hotel or activities voucher will be automatically submitted to the booker after the booking process is completed
  • Pacific Holidays are not responsible for any credit card fraud which ocurred during booking transactions in our service
  • Pacific Holidays does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or charged no-show fee by the Trip Provider.

CANCELATION POLICY

No refund is made after booking process is completed. A refund will be processed only when the following scenario occurs:

  • In the event of sickness and the guest decides not to travel in the future, 75% of total payment will be refunded
  • In the event of natural disaster, total payment will be held as a floating deposit which can be used for future booking payment
